BY SUBWAY: We are located off the #6 Lexington line 68th Street stop. Head west 3 avenues and one block north towards Central Park.

FROM I- 95 SOUTHBOUND: Exit 3. At traffic light take a right off the exit ramp onto Arch street. Pass through two lights and take a left up the hill onto Soundview Drive. Follow the blue H hospital sign. Top of hill bear right onto Field Point Road. Second traffic light bear left continuing on Field Point Road. Go straight across four-way intersection crossing route 1, Putnam Road, onto Dearfield Drive. Second driveway turn left, parking is in the rear of the building. Enter ground floor, walk straight to suite 104.
