Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give the office a call at least 24 hours before your appointment so that we can accommodate other patients.
For existing patients: A $100 cancellation fee will be applied, whether or not you choose to reschedule. (For Monday appointments, Friday is considered the “day before.”)
For new patient visits only: All new patients will be asked for a deposit of the initial office visit charge in order to book and secure an appointment, collected in full at the time of booking. Any cancellations made within 2 business days of your appointment time will result in the loss of your deposit. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give the office a call so that we can accommodate other patients.
Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances only.
Advanced Deposits:
Larger procedures require advanced deposits. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your advanced deposit.
