Skin Cancer
Screenings
We recommend that the entire skin surface be examined once a year to detect any suspicious growths and evaluate all moles. Our physicians utilize dermoscopy to assist in the skin cancer screening. This device offers superb visualization of the skin at a level not possible with the naked eye. Patients with a personal history of skin cancer may require more frequent examinations, per standard guidelines. Patients with numerous and/or atypical moles may be enrolled in the MoleSafe program.
Please remove all nail polish prior to your visit.
